Smooth yellowish color skin, its flesh goes from white to fawn. 1 to 4 inches across, irregular shape, texture is firm, like eating parmesan cheese and is almost always eaten raw. The flavor is very strong, of a garlic-shallot taste that is creamy and velvety to the palate. White Truffles are exquisite when served with risotto, pasta, and eggs or simply seasoned with olive oil salt & pepper. should be stored in a closed container.
