Available year round.
A delicacy well known in Japan, commercially shipped from USA, Korea and BC 3½ inches long with pure white cap and stems and come with root cluster still attached in vacuum bag. Slight acit and fruity taste, more like a grape than a mushroom Enoki are delightful eaten raw, so their crisp texture and fleeting aroma can be enjoyed. Once trimmed use in salads and soups and sandwiches.
