Broccoli Mushroom Stir-Fry Recipe


BROCCOLI MUSHROOM STIR-FRY RECIPE

This simple broccoli mushroom stir-fry recipe features golden tofu and a savoury sauce that will definitely have you coming back for seconds. 

STIR-FRY INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 small head broccoli, chopped
  • 10 button mushrooms, sliced
  • Cooked rice, for serving

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium. Add the tofu and brown it for about 7 minutes. Give it a toss every few minutes to brown each side. Add the garlic and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook until the vegetables have fully softened. Mix together the sauce ingredients. Pour into the skillet and give it a good stir. Serve with rice.
